Reveleer’s core business is chart review at volume. Its Evidence Validation Engine pulls records in, parses them, and fills abstraction fields for a human reviewer to confirm, and the company files CMS and RADV-IVA submissions on the plan’s behalf rather than handing back a queue. An all-in-one RADV Audit SaaS shipped October 15, 2025.

The retrospective-only label stopped fitting in stages. Buying Curation Health in October 2024 brought point-of-care rules with Epic, Cerner, and Athenahealth integrations. EVE Hybrid AI, launched January 20, 2026, added prospective diagnosis suspecting, with deterministic rules written by clinicians constraining what the generative extraction is allowed to assert. An April 2026 Clinical Data Repository pulls member-level records together across risk, quality, RADV, and care management, and Reveleer’s argument for it is duplication: plans retrieve the same records an average of 2.5 times a year. Note who the customer is. Reveleer sells to plans, so a delegated provider group usually meets the product as something its payer runs.

Choose it when

Plans that need retrieval and chart review delivered on deadline, audit submissions handled for them, and prospective coverage that is still expanding.

Look elsewhere when

Provider-side organizations wanting a tool they own directly, or teams whose first need is encounter workflow.
