Riskadjustmentsoftware.com is published by Pelica Health, Inc., which builds one of the ten products listed here. That is a real conflict of interest, so this page names the publisher, names the editor, states the conflict, and sets out the rules that keep the directory usable in spite of it.
The publisher
Pelica Health, Inc. is a healthcare software company building an AI operating layer for risk-bearing organizations: risk adjustment, quality and Stars, pharmacy adherence, provider network, and care management running against one member record. It was founded in 2025 by Lalit Kundu, Co-Founder and CEO, and Catherine Zhao, Co-Founder and COO.
Pelica sells the Pelica Risk Adjustment Copilot, which appears in this directory alongside nine competitors. Nobody pays to be listed, nobody pays for placement, and the directory carries no advertising and no affiliate links.

How we handle the conflict of interest
The conflict, stated plainly
The publisher of this directory sells a competing product to the other nine vendors listed. We benefit commercially if a reader shortlists Pelica. Treat every sentence about Pelica as coming from Pelica, because it does. The competing entries are the ones to read closely, and they are written to be worth reading.
What that changes in practice
Facts about competitors come from public sources that are dated and linked, so a reader can check them without trusting us. Competitors' awards and strengths are reported at full strength, including where they beat us. Pelica's own weaknesses are printed in the same places everyone else's are: no KLAS rating, founded in 2025, the smallest install base in the directory.
No paid placement, ever
No vendor pays to be included, to rank, to be picked for a job, or to have a claim removed. There is no advertising, no sponsorship, and no affiliate link on this site. If that changes, it will be disclosed here before it appears anywhere else.
How vendors are selected
In scope
Software that Medicare Advantage plans, IPAs, MSOs, ACOs, and medical groups use to document member conditions under the CMS-HCC model: prospective point-of-care suspecting, retrospective chart review and abstraction, coding engines, RADV audit tooling, and platforms combining several of those jobs. Pure billing and claims-processing tools are out of scope.
Inclusion test
A vendor is listed when it sells risk adjustment software to United States risk-bearing organizations today, and when enough public material exists to describe it accurately: a product page, a press release, an independent rating, or a regulatory filing. Vendors we cannot source, we leave out rather than guess at.
Ordering
The directory lists vendors alphabetically so the list itself never reads as a ranking. Recommendations appear only as picks by job, and each pick names the job before it names the vendor. We publish no composite score of our own, because a score invented by a competing vendor would be worth nothing.
Removal and updates
A vendor comes off the list if it stops selling into this category, is absorbed into another listed product, or can no longer be described from public sources. Acquisitions and mergers stay on the page with the corporate status noted and dated, because that is what a buyer actually needs to know.
Review cadence
The full directory is reviewed at least twice a year and after each KLAS award cycle. Individual pages are updated whenever a sourced fact changes. The date at the top of every page is the last review date for that page.

Corrections policy
Email directory@pelica.com and we will fix it. That address reaches the editor.
We aim to respond within three business days. A factual error is corrected on the page and the updated date is stamped on it. A correction that changes the substance of what a page said, such as a wrong award, a wrong owner, or a wrong capability, is noted in the text of the page rather than fixed quietly. Vendors may dispute how they are characterized and we will publish the correction where the public record supports it, but a vendor cannot have an accurate, sourced statement removed because it is unflattering.
Pelica Health does not receive preferential treatment under this policy. Corrections to the Pelica entry are handled exactly the same way.
